Our Services

IronCraft East Honolulu Decks provides professional deck construction, repair, and maintenance services. We offer custom deck design and installation, composite and wood deck solutions, deck repairs and restoration, railings and safety upgrades, staining and sealing, and outdoor structure construction including pergolas and patio covers.

All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine is beyond our scope or capabilities.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to change based on material cost fluctuations or labor availability.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit to begin work, with progress payments at agreed milestones, and final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction.

Payment can be made by check, cash, or electronic transfer. We accept major credit cards for deposits and payments. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated project timelines based on our experience and current workload. However, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material delivery delays, permit processing times, or unforeseen site conditions.

We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

Permits and Regulations

We will assist with obtaining necessary permits for your deck project. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring all required permits are obtained before work begins. Permit costs are typically not included in our base quotes unless specifically stated.

All work will be performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations in East Honolulu, HI. Any changes required by building inspectors will be communicated to you promptly.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on labor as specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product. We will provide you with all applicable warranty information.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or modifications made by others. Regular maintenance is required to keep your warranty valid.

Liability

IronCraft East Honolulu Decks is fully licensed and insured. We carry liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all our team members. You will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur during work on your property.

We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden infrastructure that was not properly marked before excavation. We recommend you contact local utility marking services before work begins.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. Deposits may be partially or fully refundable depending on work already completed, materials ordered, or time invested in planning and design.

If we need to cancel a project, we will provide as much notice as possible and refund any payments made for work not yet completed.

Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of the content.
